Hello and Welcome to Mike’s Random Thoughts. I haven’t posted anything in a while, I’m sorry about that. However, I have something good for you all. It’s my take on improvement. How I got on this site, was by submitting my videos, and my written articles. And… my videos were not good. My production values were not at all good earlier this year. And Gomer told me, that they were okay, but I needed improvement, which I knew I was going to get. I really only submitted it because I figured, “What the heck?” and I could at least get some feedback from it. And I did. And I improved.
Then, when Gomer announced the stream, I shot him an email, saying that I wanted to contribute, but obviously, I couldn’t give a written article for a stream, so I said that he could use my videos. And… he did! And besides for some editing hiccups here and there, he said that my videos had definitely improved since I first submitted them. And really, that’s what I wanted to hear. I don’t care if my videos are on a website that gets decent traffic. I don’t make my videos to get famous, I make them, to make them. It’s fun! But I want to get better at it, since there’s a chance I can make it a career like Linkara did. And, that’s really it for this article. I know it’s short, but I wanted to share this with you, since I got my inspiration for writing articles back. Expect slightly more from me in the new year. See you then.
