Hey Gang! How About that new logo? A close friend did that for me and she is amazing! Kyoko never looked so good!

That was a good wrestling weekend, and man my picks were not that great but the shows didn’t  suck either. It did make for a nice break from things and life. Hope you all had a good one. Anyway. Here is how I did from last week’s predictions.

SUMMERSLAM 2018

Universal Title: Brock Lesnar v/s Roman Reigns: RIGHT *sort of* Well, Vince pulled another one. He teased a cash in, even bring Braun to the ring and…nope. Completely forgettable match that will be remembered for being a forgettable match.

WWE Title: AJ Styles v/s Samoa Joe: WRONG. ANOTHER Styles match that doesn’t end clean. That is not a good sign for your champion to NEVER PIN ANYONE Probably going to try to explain it’s to “co9ntinue the feud” but really. This is the kind of shit that makes me never want to give them my money again

Raw Woman’s Title: Alexia Bliss v/s Rhonda Rousey: RIGHT Sort of. Well, the end result was right but the way they did it was actually clean. makes sense now that you think about it with the Revolution PPV coming up to have a STRONG women’s champion and big-name headliner. Not that anyone cares who she actually fights at this point.

Smackdown Women’s Title: Carmella v/s Charlotte Flair v/s Becky Lynch: WRONG and thank the gawds I was. This wasn’t a match of the night, but the ending was good and the crowd got into the ending. Of course, the WWE will do something else to screw it up.

Intercontinental Title: Dolph Ziggler v/s Seth Rollins: RIGHT *sort of* It ended in a pin. Still think Dean and Drew will get some of that spotlight from this, but still. Not a bad match either!

United States Title: Shinsuke Nakamura v/s Jeff Hardy: RIGHT. Well there, got that one really right. The Orton/Hardy Feud does nothing for me, but Shinsuke got a clean one so good!

Smackdown Tag Title: The Bludgeon Brothers v/s New Day: WRONG Bout damn time they start whacking people with those damn hammers!

Cruiserweight Title: Cedric Alexander v/s Drew Gulak: RIGHT. It was a good 305 live match on the preshow, By the time the regular show started, I had to remember it was even there. But it was decent and inoffensive to me.

Braun Strowman v/s Kevin Owens: WRONG. And how. This was a total squash and a quick one. The pay off sucked and was literally there to show Braun was actually in the building, like him showing up would have been a surprise.

Daniel Bryan v/s The Miz: WRONG It was a reality show promo, but having Bryan win was asking too much. It was a promo for Miz’s show and that was it.
Finn Balor v/s Baron Corbin: WRONG. A portal to Hell opened before the match and The Demon won it so cool! I actually liked this one!

RAW Tag Team Titles: The B Team v/s The Revival: RIGHT. It was a preshow match and the comedy team won. No mistakes here.

Rusev/Lana v/s Zelina Vega/Andrade Cien Almas: WRONG. It was the curtain jerker and was terrible, but they gave it to the hot latino chick instead of the fake Russian chick (hate that way of thinking but it’s not like either have any depth either). It was there.

Seems I broke even on the big show, but that whole thing was still kind of bizarre and really was not digging the way it ended. The WWE needs to quit trying to show how smart they are, and just put on a good damn show for once.

NXT Takeover Brooklyn 4:

NXT Title Last Man standing: Tomasso Champia v/s Johhny Gargano: RIGHT. Man, I got into this one. These two can bring it and losing Black in this match may have been a help. This is how you keep a feud going and I can not wait for more!

NXT Tag Titles: Strong/O’Reilly V/S Moustache Mountain: RIGHT. This was everything I expected it to be and got the ending I figured it would. Loved the War Raiders showing up too. Good show even if the winner was not in much doubt.

NXT Woman’s Title: Shayna Baszler V/S Kairi Sane: WRONG. Man was wrong about the way this one would go. Still decent but again, Rhonda’s buddy doesn’t do it for me. Still better than what the main roster did.

NXT North American Title: Adam Cole v/s Riccochet: WRONG Good match yes, but having Riccochet win surprised me in a good way!

EC3 V/s Velveteen Dream: WRONG Still amazing but yup, got that result wrong too. Glad to see the match though

Went 2-3 here but I really don’t care. The show was still good and want to see more of what they do!
