Reeling from the events of the last comic, Jack has a heart to heart with his father, Stan. However, while that’s going on the snake makes his move! This comic builds up for something that’s going to happen next week. I won’t spoil what it is, yet. But, I can assure you it will be nothing short of amazing. What will happen? Who can say? Things are about to come to a head in the story and our heroes are more than capable of taking on all challenges.
Had fun doing this one because I had been wanting to do a Stan and Jack Whitefox scene for a while. Stan’s still very much part of his son’s life even though he’s mentoring the whole Starbolts team. He helps when needed and that’s good. It’s good to have scenes like that to build characters in the middle of a story that’s filled with drama and more drama is indeed coming. Can’t have a story without drama now can we?

The hunter chases the snake and the snake tries to make him a deal this week. Will he accept? Well, who can say? Jack and Cobra have a long history together dating back to the 1980s. They were both super soldiers on a team called Soldier Six. Cobra ended up betraying the team and it cost the lives of the rest of the team. Jack was mutilated in an explosion and spent the following years in cryostasis. While under, he was outfitted with cybernetics. Cobra on the other hand was brought back from the dead by Demonstorm as a being that was neither living nor dead. And now he has a cloned body.
Nothing like crazy science fiction in comics, right? The question is….will he bring Scarlett and the other members of Soldier Six back? They were cloned before.
